We're a hometown music store, located in the heart of downtown Brevard, North Carolina. As a family owned business, Celestial Mountain Music is a warm, comfortable shop where local musicians gather. Our Tuesday night jam sessions bring folks from all around Transylvania and the surrounding counties. We offer exceptional products, including instruments from Martin, Weber, Cort, Fender, Johnson, Gibson, Cedar Mountain Banjos and so many more quality craftsmen. As our site offers information on these products, we urge you to call us and speak to one of our staff members. Although there are many sites that sell instruments online, we feel it's important to speak to a real person. That's how we connect people with the instruments that will become a friend. Set at the base of the famous Blue Ridge, just a few miles from the Blue Ridge Parkway, Brevard is beautiful mountain town. Surrounding our community is the Pisgah National Forest, harboring miles of trails, hiking, rock climbing and mountain biking. Just up the road is the Dupont State Forest.

The Transylvania county area is home to countless artists, craftspersons, musicians and writers. Brevard is the county seat, marked by our historical courthouse. We have lovely restaurants, art galleries, inns and coffeehouses. Visit us during one of Brevard's many festivals and street fairs.
